Regitnig Restaurant & Bar at Lake Weissensee

Our kitchen and restaurant team will spoil you with cordiality, high-quality products from the Weissensee farmers and producers from the region, as well as over 100 excellent wines and beers.

Fine, light and regional cuisine is what we serve in the restaurant – creative and varied, awarded with the AMA Seal for Gastronomic Establishments.

Important ingredients that we never do without here at the Regitnig: Care and lots of love. We think you can taste that! The cooks have a great treasure trove of recipes - some of the cakes and bread recipes still come from our dear great-grandmother and grandmother. What was already so delicious back then is still a poem today.

Our hotel & chalet guests can choose from the Regitnig customised indulgence offer – the Regitnig culinary delights, just as you wish! We spoil non-Regitnig guests à la carte in the restaurant with lakeview terrace – table reservations are required.

At the hotel bar, the bar team mixes delicious cocktails and serves award-winning craft beers, various gins, rums and whiskeys. Gins, rums & whiskeys, as well as many schnapps from Lake Weissensee and distiller friends.

For me, there is nothing better than the combination of nature and enjoyment on holiday. After a mountain bike tour with our guests, we enjoy a good glass of craft beer together. For dinner in the restaurant, I like to get my wine treasures out of the cellar, because a good dinner also needs a good wine!

Irmgard Eder and the Regitnig kitchen team use regional products of excellent quality. As a certified AMA catering business, we source our products from the following producers in the Weissensee region, the neighbouring valleys and Austria:

  • Apo: organic apple juice from local organic farmers
  • Segner family: various types of honey
  • Jobst trout farm, Bruggen: char
  • FischArt Markus Limarutti: lake trout
  • Oberkärntner Molkerei: various dairy products, cheese - supplied by all Weissensee farmers
  • Zuegg family: meat from Carinthia/Austria from family-run farms
