We were the first hotel here at Lake Weissensee to be awarded the Austrian Ecolabel over 10 years ago.

This is awarded to businesses that pay particular attention to sustainability and resource-conserving work. This is accompanied by an annual review including the obligation to provide evidence of improvements.

The use of fresh and regional food and products has earned our kitchen the AMA Gastro Seal of Approval.

To ensure this, we undergo a strict annual inspection to guarantee compliance with the criteria.

However, we at the Regitnig only see the AMA Gastro Seal as a basis and go one step further - because we source the majority of our products from Weissensee farmers and producers in our region!

Honoured by the renowned Falstaff Profi magazine, we and our entire team are delighted to have been named Austria's best employer. 

Our company was audited by the Federal Ministry for Family, Youth and Social Affairs. The pleasing result: we have been certified as a particularly family-friendly workplace.
