First impressions count - working in reception is the ‘business card of our hotel’. Reception is the first point of contact for newly arriving guests at our hotel. A friendly and competent welcome gives everyone the feeling that they have made a good choice. Those who feel comfortable will recommend the hotel to others and are happy to come back a second time and more often.
