We recommend that you arrive at the Vitaloase approx. 5 - 10 minutes before your appointment. This will give you enough time to enjoy a cup of fresh tea and get in the mood for your treatment. We ask for your understanding that your late arrival will shorten your treatment time in consideration of other guests. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance - Cancellation or postponement is free of charge. Treatment costs will be charged at 100% for appointments that are not canceled on time and not attended.
